Turns out that not only does it actually snow in the Grand Canyon. It really snows.

Looking from the south rim; the other side has completely vanished in a white haze. Which isn’t that surprising given that you couldn’t even see theĀ bottom.

Lessons learnt:
- It snows in the Grand Canyon (contrary to say a Google image search)
- Snow is cold
- Winter is not such a good time to go look at canyons
